For those of you who were around about 4 months ago, you know he did not look like this. I have noticed him prancing around the gym with his shirt off more and more often, and that’s alright because he worked his butt off to get where he his now.
Erik has been very consistent at Heyday these last two months and the hard work and sweat he has been putting in is starting to pay off! Keep it up Erik!
