I recently learned that Wednesday is known as Hump Day. In the workweek Monday and Tuesday are the hardest, peaking at Wednesday and from Thursday on, the hardest is over. It’s all down hill from here. Weekend R&R here we come!!
Now we know those rules definitely don’t apply to the workouts.
It’s definitely not getting easier as the weekend approaches. 🙂 We wouldn’t want that!
BTW congrats to Billy Gonzales (One of our newest people) in his 1st few weeks of working out with us hit 305lbs on the deadlift! Good Job Man.
