I know you all are very very strong people, I have seen it. But when you can barely walk the next day after a tough wod it doesnt hurt to take a freakin day OFF. Sometimes it is the best thing you can do for your body. It needs to recover and you dont have to do it all the time but every once in a while after a real tough one, you need to. So that being said dont think you are going to turn into a fatty if you take one day off! Side note starting September we will be offering classes seven days a week so it will be easier to take a day off and still get a full week of working out in.
