Food for the week:
– 6 Ribeye steaks
– 5 Blackened chicken breast
– 7 Pork chops
– Homemade BBQ sauce
– White wine
– Mushroom Butter sauce
If you want to make eating better EASIER… Go to the market and buy all your lean proteins on Sunday, then, cook all of it for the entire week. It took me about two hours to cook all that food… and it is delicious! 🙂
