The Falls

For those of you feeling down, dealing with setbacks, whether injury or otherwise I wanted to give you a slap in the face of inspiration.
You’re gonna fall. You’re gonna get hurt. I am. I still am and fight the urge to feel sorry for myself. Work around it. Give your body rest when it needs it and do what you can, with what you have. Just don’t stop. Find a way to make it work.
If it’s important, you’ll find a way. If it isn’t, you’ll find an excuse.
