You Fell…I Did'nt Catch You…Big Whoop

No I am kidding….If you really did fall I would catch you. Ricky and I think you are all beautiful people and you guys mean a lot to us. That being said, when we are weightlifting with significantly heavy weights in the gym I want you guys to pay attention to what you are doing. If we are lifting over head or snatching or cleaning and in the middle of the lift something goes WRONG, which it will, you need to DUMP the weight! The weights are meant to be thrown dropped and slammed! I would much rather you break my barbell than break your ass……. Oh and that barbell is really hard to break. I just wanted to get the point across that you guys need to be careful and I am going to be going over different dumping techniques the next time we go heavy. Now lets get in the gym and giter done…..
